Return & Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges

All returns require an email order confirmation as receipt for proof of purchase.

E-mail inquiries will be replied from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

IMPORTANT: Please do not send back orders before contacting us.

If not returned the delivery day, any return with valid reason requests made after 14 DAYS will NOT be accepted. Any return without valid reason* will not be accepted after 7 (seven) days following the delivery.

NOTE: All returns MUST include original packaging.

Please provide the following:

  • Original invoice number or email order confirmation
  • The reason for return and whether you would like a replacement or merchandise credit.

To obtain a refund you must take reasonable care of the goods. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a charge based on the condition of the goods. For all, minimum $60 and restocking fee (15%) of the total amount will be charged to cover all expenses to get the item back to store. Selacy Furniture may ask the customer to ship back the item at his own charges.

If you wish to return your item, please call our customer services team at 416-731-7044 or email us at We will make arrangements for the product to be collected from you, for that we will contact you directly to book this in with you. Please follow the returns procedure. Unwanted product are returned free of charge

Instructions for returning defective products:

If the item is returned with the deliver at delivery time

  • Item is returned and replacement will be delivered as soon as possible

If the item is not returned with the deliver at delivery time

  • Send us an email to and include your reason for returning along with a photo.
  • Wait for an return authorization number (RA#)  or a phone call from us. We will review your email and send you an RA# along with instructions.
  • Once you have followed the return instructions and are ready a deliverer will be sent to you to pickup the returned item.  We cannot accept returns without an RA# number.
  • When we receive your return we will email you to let you know.
